At the Birkenhof, the Baumann family’s charming service comes naturally. Their great passion for hosting people from all over the world is evident throughout. Host Hans-Lois Baumann is a passionate nature observer and hunter and, depending on the season, provides the best meat from the Glemmtal mountains. He and his wife Katharina are real gourmets. Only the best finds its way onto the dishes here. Together with their children, they create the concepts at the Birkenhof. Countless regular guests have been coming back for decades, but are always surprised anew.

Yes, a complimentary parking space or underground garage space is available directly at the hotel for our guests.
