The Baumanns – that’s Hans-Lois, Katharina senior, Katharina junior and Johannes – warmly welcome their guests! Their friendly and down-to-earth style has delighted regular and new guests for decades. Host Hans-Lois and Katharina Junior take care of the reservations, and both are on hand to advise and help their guests. Hans-Lois’ wife Katharina is in charge of the cuisine – together with the long-standing staff, she provides a refreshing combination of traditional dishes from the Alps and international novelties.

Delicious dishes are created here with produce from farmers and suppliers in the region. When there is a lot to do, Johannes also lends a hand. He helps wherever he is needed and, together with his family, ensures that guests enjoy their holiday to the full.
