Once you arrive in Hinterglemm, turn left before the tunnel into the centre of Hinterglemm. Keep left after the ‘BergSepp Shop’ and follow the Hasenbachweg to the Birkenhof. The nearest train stations are in Maishofen, Zell am See and Saalfelden. From there, regular buses will take you to the Glemmtal. End of the line for you: Hinterglemm/Ellmauweg. The walk to the Birkenhof takes ten minutes. Good to know: Public transport is free in the entire Pinzgau region in summer with the JOKER CARD!
